In Florida, the maximum fee is $10 per notarial act (e.g., for an acknowledgment or verbal oath) 

Solemnize Marriage

$30 for a marriage ceremony.

Remote Online Notarization

In Florida, the maximum fee is $25 per online notarial act (e.g., for an acknowledgment or verbal oath) 

Travel Fees:

Within 5 miles, no additional charge

5-10 miles, $7.50

Beyond 10 miles $.70/mile

Unusual wait time - starting at 15 minutes past appointment time, $10, for each 15 minute increment

Refusal to sign/not prepared - $50
